Random Shit Again

Couple of random pieces from the last week in between doing other things.

I still plan on posting the mask a day stuff here too, just going to do it in chunks.  I don't need to post everyday.

Stream 20120726

Had a day off and needed to kill some time waiting for people to be done with other things so we could get up to a gaming night.  Being that I'm actually trying to draw a bit more than I have been I figured streaming was the way to go.  Couple of people showed up, had some light conversation, and had some music going, all in all a decent evening.

The first couple of things were quick quasi fanart/personal jokes involving the show Gravity Falls (Disney Channel, if you haven't seen any of it, go find it, good show)  Kat can get a bit mopey at times and wants to just hide from the world until things go away, but Mel with all her boundless optimism doesn't think that's a good idea and proposes another way of dealing with those negative feelings.

Yup.

Those were done sorta quickly, but the majority of the time was spent fucking around with an idea Sooch had come up with about 4 years ago.  It wasn't a bad idea then and still isn't a terrible one now, just needed one of us to get around to doing it.  And that was me, it seems.  The "Dollfin Suit".

Quick sketchy lines, quick messy colors.

Including the linearts here just because there's bits with the helmet on and off.

That's it out of me for now.  More to come, possibly.  MAYBE.

Stream Day 20120718

I did some bullshit streaming today to kill some time and stretch out the hand a bit.  The cruddy results are here.  Thanks to anybody who stopped by/ I hijacked from another stream.

It's beach weather.

Actually, the last couple days have been too fucking hot to even go to the beach.  Unless you felt like growing gills and spending the entire time underwater trying to evade the hellish death orb that hangs in the sky.

Whatever...

Fun fun fun in the summer time....

...At least according to my minimal amount of searching.  I present "Me Coachsta"  or "Coach Gusta".  I don't know.  It sounds idiotic either way.

What a full and productive day this was...

20120618 Coloring stream

Been a while hasn't it.

Not been a whole lot going on.  Had a much needed change in jobs early april, it definitely wasn't a step up in the world, but mentally I'm doing somewhat better where I'm at now.

Had some time to start drawing a bit lately.  Not going to say that I'm going to try and make it a habit, but we shall see.

I am completely ripping off the hard work and artistic vision of someone else with this.  I am unapologetic. [link to a tumblr]
